My client is a healthcare technology company navigating two tectonic shifts at once: AI and cloud. We need someone who can lead both—not sequence them.
You’ll work alongside engineers who’ve built serious search infrastructure. You’ll ship. You’ll make calls. You’ll vibe code when the situation demands it.
This is a leadership role where you still touch the code.
what you’ll do
- Lead engineering teams through simultaneous AI and cloud transformation
- Make decisions with incomplete information, then course-correct fast
- Architect and build systems: search, data pipelines, text-to-sql
- Vibe code complex problems—and expect to do so in your interview
- Ship product improvements that drive growth
what you bring
Technical depth:
- Search systems, databases, data warehouses—you’ve built them
- ETL pipelines that actually work at scale
- Python proficiency (not just familiarity)
- Text-to-sql implementations in production Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to make hard calls and stand behind them
- Experience growing teams and shipping under pressure
- Level 5+ vibe coding fluency (if you need this explained, this isn’t the role) Nice to have:
- Product-led growth experience
- Healthcare or regulated industry background
